CZECH REPUBLIC SEASONAL WORK PERMIT 2023
Do you want to work in the Czech Republic officially? , first of all, you are required to get the WORK PERMIT VISA (EMPLOYMENT VISA, D TYPE) through the nearest Embassy or VFS GLOBAL of the Czech Republic in your country. This type of visa is granted based on the Work Permit issued by the Labor Office of the Czech Republic. The company willing to hire foreign citizens submits an employment application to the Labor Office of the Czech Republic. The embassy will issue you a 180 Days Visa Type D

DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST CZECH REPUBLIC work permit visa
- Visa application form: to be filled out and signed by the applicant
- Valid Passport continues to be valid at least six months after the intended departure from the Czech Republic / Schengen Area
- 2 color photo (35x45 mm) with white background.
- Employment permit issued by the Labor Office of the Czech Republic
- Accommodation Agreement
- Financial means – employer´s salary/wage confirmation – can be submitted in a form of an employment contract
- Verifiable evidence of sufficient means of subsistence during the intended stay: bank account statements for the last 3 months,
- Travel health insurance with the minimum coverage of EUR 30 000. The insurance must be valid for entire period of stay
- Cover letter: explaining the purpose of the trip
- Proof of return – Copy of round-trip flight ticket or flight reservation with valid reservation code or with a number of tickets, if already paid
- Visa Fees 2500 CZK*
HOW DO APPLY FOR A CZECH REPUBLIC SEASONAL WORK PERMIT APPLY ONLINE?
After we received the required documents above, the Employer reviewed the documents and if needed an interview will be made via Skype video. Once we received the payment, we will submit the documents to the appointed Attorney. The process of obtaining a Seasonal Work Permit is between 4/6 weeks. After the Work permit is issued, we will send it to you by Courier. And you shall submit the application for a Visa at the Czech Republic Embassy or VFS Global in your country. The embassy will issue you a 180 Days Visa Type D
